Tax benefits
Amici di Cometa is established as a Philanthropic Entity pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 117 of 03/07/2017. Therefore, any charitable donation made in its favor is, alternatively:
Tax-deductible from personal income tax (IRPEF) for an amount equal to 30% of the donation, up to a maximum of €30,000.00 per year (Art. 83, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 117/2017);
Deductible from total net taxable income up to 10% of the total declared income (Art. 83, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 117/2017).
